MCS enables users to continuously detect metallic wear particles in fluids according to size and metallurgy. Furthermore, this package allows users to analyze and transfer sensor data in [almost] real-time using LAN or WLAN connections. This plug-and-play starter kit is easily integrated into higher control networks such as PLC, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) platforms, and distribution control systems (DCS). Applications include: lubrication and industrial power transmission systems.
