    • Small, compact and easy to operate unit for use during service calls or emergencies
    • Reliable and convenient for continuous or occassional use
    • Optional integrated heater to increase the rate of water extraction, especially for colder or higher viscosity fluids
The Schroeder Vacuum dehydrator SVD01 serves to dewater, degas and filter hydraulic and lubricating fluids. It is ideal for fluid tank sizes of up to 500 gallons, with its flow rate of up to 1.3 gpm, under normal water ingression rates of the fluid.

Most hydraulic reservoirs feature a pocket of open space between the fluid level and the top of the reservoir. This open space, known as head space, fills with moisture as humid air ingresses via faulty seals, vents, and other entry points. The Headspace Dehydrator (HSD) tackles water contamination before it can contaminate your hydraulic oil by dehydrating the moist air within the head space before it can condense into liquid contamination.
