The FC 5000 is a stationary device for the automation of the coolant lubricant supply for up to two tanks. The tank level is monitored to do so and topped up automatically.  The FluidController can also be installed as an extension of the FCU 5000 system.

The FCU 5000 is a stationary online measurement device to monitor the essential fluid parameters in water-based part washer and cooling lubricant systems.  The FCU 5000 is connected in the bypass for the central circulation of the cooling lubricant system. It monitors the pH value, conductivity, refractive index, fluid temperature continuously and saves the parameters determined.
